Girls Inc. of Greater Atlanta has recognized Judge Kellie S. Hill, Superior Court Judge of Cobb County, with its 2025 BOLD Award during the Strong, Smart & BOLD Celebration Luncheon in Marietta. The organization highlighted Judge Hill’s leadership and her efforts to support young women in pursuing their goals.

Judge Hill was first elected to the Superior Court in 2020 and re-elected in 2024. She has more than thirty years of experience in law and is noted for her advocacy on behalf of youth. As presiding judge over the Excel Restorative Court, she leads a program that offers non-violent young offenders opportunities to build better futures.

“I am deeply humbled to accept this award,” said Judge Hill. “Serving youth and ensuring they have bright futures has been my passion at every step of my career.”

Cobb County schools saw enrollment increase by less than 0.1% for the 2022-23 academic year compared to the previous year (https://www.gadoe.org/). During that period, total enrollment reached 115,076 students (https://www.gadoe.org/), with white students comprising about one-third of the student population (https://www.gadoe.org/).
