Advance voting has begun in Cobb County for the November 4 elections. Voters will be choosing municipal officials in six of the county’s seven cities, with the exception of Smyrna. The ballot also includes a statewide election for two Public Service Commission districts, which is open to all registered voters in Cobb County.

In addition to these contests, a special election is scheduled for November 18 in State Senate District 35. This district covers parts of Smyrna, Vinings, and Mableton. Residents living in this area are encouraged to check their eligibility for the special election by visiting the My Voter Page at https://mvp.sos.ga.gov. Advance voting will be available for those eligible to participate in this special contest.
